Lincspirational Plants

 

The Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust invited artists to participate in their LoveLincsPlants project - Lincspirational Plants.

They wanted paintings inspired by plants on their list. These are my entries.

All the paintings will be exhibited online followed by an auction.

30 entries will be chosen to be projected onto buildings in Lincolnshire.

I have at last opened a Folksy shop & have several paintings for sale there. 

At present I'll be just selling in the UK with free postage.

More paintings at exhibition. This selection are on display at 

Pinchbeck St Mary's Church near Spalding until the 7^th May.

All the local churches are having their Flower Festivals at the moment. 

Pinchbeck Church, near Spalding, Lincs also have an art exhibition. 

Rumour has it there will also be a Dalek there :)

Exhibition - now ended

I've now got paintings in an exhibition at the Craft Outlet, Springfields, Spalding.

The Craft Outlet is well worth a visit as they have an ever changing range of stock & special offers.

Spalding Art & Craft Society 2014 Exhibition

Ayscoughfee Hall

The Spalding Art & Craft Society are holding their 2014 annual exhibition in the Geest Gallery at Ayscoughfee Hall from the 8th Jan - 30th Jan. Opening hours 10.30am - 4pm, closed Mondays & Tuesdays (the council say it's to save money!) Free admission to the exhibition and the hall.
I have some of my encaustic paintings on display there.

Wisley Sweet Pea Day

The National Sweet Pea Society are having their annual open day at the RHS Wisley gardens in Surrey on the 13th June.

Why not visit the show and the trial grounds. I'll be there with a display of my notelets, cards, prints & painting - all Sweet Peas of course. 

My husband, Mark Rowland of Owl's Acre Sweet Peas, will be there as well.

Spalding Art & Crafts Society Annual Exhibition

As a member of the society I've got a few paintings in the exhibition - the standard this year from all exhibitors is very good - well worth a visit.
Due to local council cuts the hall and exhibition aren't open on Mondays & Tuesdays but are open the rest of the week and on the Bank Holiday Monday.
